IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS AND BOOKING ENQUIRIES - SERICA PLACE

We became the registered owners of 4 Serica Place, Cutty Sark, Plettenberg Bay on 19 June 2026.

It has come to our attention that the property continues to be marketed on various booking platforms and that bookings and payments may still be accepted through accounts not controlled by us.

Furthermore, following recent storm damage to the property and independent inspections conducted after transfer, we have identified safety and compliance concerns that require rectification before any accommodation can be offered to the public. As a result, the property is not available for guest accommodation until these issues have been resolved.

We have notified the relevant booking platforms that the property was transferred and that it is under repair and not suitable to accept guest bookings at the moment.

We therefore urge all prospective guests to verify any existing or future bookings directly with us before traveling. Unfortunately, any bookings accepted on any other booking platform other than directly with us cannot be honored, and guests arriving under such bookings may be turned away.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding while these matters are being resolved.
